1. Introduction
Welcome to Christian’s Auto Revival (C.A.R.). By booking a detailing service with us, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and professionalism in our services.
2. Service Agreement

All services provided by Christian’s Auto Revival are by appointment only.

The Customer agrees to provide accurate vehicle details and disclose any known issues (e.g., leaks, electrical faults) before the service.

Services will be performed at the location specified by the Customer, provided it is safe and suitable for detailing.
3. Payment Policy

Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle or other approved payment methods.

Any outstanding balances must be paid within 24 hours. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If we arrive at the service location and are unable to perform the job due to unsafe conditions, vehicle inaccessibility, or the Customer’s absence, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to a fee.
5. Liability & Damage Policy

Christian’s Auto Revival is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Scratches, dents, paint defects, rust, or clear coat failure.

Stains, upholstery tears, or worn interior surfaces.
-
Electrical or mechanical issues that may arise during or after service.

Customers acknowledge that some chemicals and cleaning processes may interact with pre-existing conditions or aftermarket modifications, leading to unintended effects. We are not liable for such occurrences.

We take reasonable precautions, but we are not responsible for any damage resulting from manufacturer defects, improper prior repairs, or aging vehicle materials.
6. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer should remove all personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items from the vehicle before the detailing service.

Christian’s Auto Revival is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

Customers must provide access to a water source and electrical outlet if required for certain services.
7. Weather & Service Conditions

If services cannot be performed due to inclement weather, the appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

If a reschedule is required due to unsafe conditions at the service location, the Customer will be notified in advance.
8. Satisfaction & Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results, you must notify us before we leave the service location so we can address concerns immediately.

Due to the nature of detailing services, all sales are final, and refunds are not typically issued. However, we may offer corrections or touch-ups at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Christian’s Auto Revival, its employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Any mechanical or electrical issues that occur after the service.

Any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, aging materials, or pre-existing conditions.
10. Photography & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for documentation and marketing purposes.

No identifying details (e.g., license plate numbers) will be shared without consent.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Christian’s Auto Revival reserves the right to refuse service if:

The vehicle is in unsafe or hazardous condition.

The Customer behaves in a disrespectful or threatening manner.
-
The service location is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for our staff.
12. Agreement & Acceptance
By booking a service with Christian’s Auto Revival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
